The WITTRA SENSOR TAG contains several integrated sensors, positioning functions and modern radio and communication technologies. It delivers sensor data and other information for example, monitoring and measuring the activity and status and find the position of your key asset.

The WITTRA SENSOR TAG comes with accessories to make it easy to use and attach to your assets both in an indoor and outdoor environment. The sensor tag is automatically connected and registered to the Wittra low-power IP-based wireless mesh network.

The WITTRA MESH-ROUTER provides the possibility to extend and scale the network coverage of a customer network area. The mesh-router offers more sensor tags to join the network by forming a multi-hop network and to achieve higher positioning accuracy.

It is a secure fixed node with a known position that routes sensor and positioning data destined to another node in the network and used as a reference to measuring distance and the position.

The WITTRA MESH-ROUTER is another innovative and well-designed product in the Wittra product family.


The self-contained cloud gateway with cabled ethernet or WiFi connectivity can be deployed on heavy industrial sites to monitor assets with a cloud-based API. The Gateway includes a state of the art 6LoWPAN border router that bridges the low power IP-based mesh wireless network to the internet for seamless connectivity.

Fast to deploy and easy to use, the gateway delivers sensor and location data to the cloud service based on open and secured standards and protocols. Data is secured via HTTPS and DTLS.


The sensor tag is future-proof by design to easily extend and plug-in new sensors. Additional sensors can easily be added to speed up time and increase values and functionality for customized sensor combinations.

Wittra is currently working on more advanced sensors and additional sensors for climate and activity.

The climate sensor contains to do more advanced temperature measurements, monitor and measure air and barometric pressure, humidity, and CO2.

The activity sensor contains measuring light, a external motion sensor for measuring activity and audio.

WITTRA FIND IT is an extension of WITTRA SENSE IT that adds location-based services and applications combined with sensor data and sensor intelligence. Its unique Time-of-Flight (ToF) and Angle-of-Arrival (AoA) methodologies and positioning algorithms enables high accuracy for positioning of sensor tags in an low-power IP-based wireless mesh network.
